Bring the milk to a boil and lower the flame.<br />2. Cook on a low flame until the milk turns colour. Keep collecting the cream that forms to the sides of the kadhai.<br />3. Then add cardamom powder, sugar, saffron milk, almonds and pistachios. Stir well.<br />4. Now scrape off the cream stuck to the sides and mix well.<br />5.
